WHAT TO EXPECT
We’d like to answer a few questions you might have as you consider being our guest this Sunday.
- What time are your services?
At Shannon Baptist we offer 3 services on Sunday. At 9:30 am we have our main Sunday Morning Worship Service. Then at 11 am we have both adult and children Sunday School classes. We have our afternoon service at 1 pm. Nursery and child care are provided for all services.
- How long are the services?
Our services last a little over an hour and combine dynamic, Christ-honoring music with clear, practical preaching and teaching from the Word of God.
- How do I get there?
Shannon Baptist Church is located northeast of the intersection of Route 72 and Shannon Blacktop Road.

- Is there a dress code?
No. Feel free to dress in whatever is most comfortable for you. We simply encourage folks to give God their best with what they have. Our main goal is that you feel welcome during your visit with us.
- Will I be singled out if I’m new?
Absolutely not. You are our guest. Each Sunday, there are other people just like you who are checking out Shannon Baptist for the first time. Our goal is for you to have the best experience possible. So you can feel free to be anonymous.
- What about my kids?
Shannon Baptist has an exciting Children’s ministry where your kids will be taught the Bible in age-appropriate classes. Our goal is to make church on Sunday the best hour of your child’s week. Our nursery is able to “text” you to help give that added feeling of assurance.
