We are excited to have children attend our VBS. We are taking precautions to promote good health and hygiene. For the safety of all, we ask that those attending be healthy. If you have a fever, fatigue, dry cough, difficulty breathing, if you are sick, or have been around someone with COVID the last 14 days we ask that you not attend. I understand that COVID is in our State and Nation in ways no one fully comprehends; we cannot guarantee that children attending this activity will not be exposed to COVID while here at Shannon Baptist Church. I acknowledge that my child is in good health. I agree that my child may participate in all activities, I understand and accept the risk, and I intend by my signature a complete and unconditional release of Shannon Baptist Church for all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
